Hey Beez, It’s Ski / Snowshoe Time !!

Great news !!  Kelowna Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Club finally opens for the season on Sunday, December 17th.  So, get those skis and snowshoes out and prepped for action.  Killer Beez group skiing will occur on Saturdays and Sundays from the main cabin at Nordic starting at 10 AM sharp.  Those wanting to carpool can meet at the Mission Creek Park parking lot located at the Leckie / Springfield entrance  by 9:15 AM latest.

Lets get out from under this depressing valley cloud and go play in the snow.

Saturday Hike – Glenmore Highlands

Myra Bellevue Hike on Saturday

This Saturday (November 18th) we will be hiking the trails in Myra Bellevue Provincial Park again (alias Crawford, South Slopes, etc.).  We were going to do Spion Kop in Lake Country, but our guide, Graham, is unavailable.  We’ll do it another day.  The hike will start at 9:00 sharp from the main parking lot accessed from Steward Road East.  Click here for the starting location.

The weather looks good.  Hope to see you there.
