It’s time to do one of the favorite Killer Beez group rides – the Armstrong / Enderby Ride. Unlike the Okanagan Shuswap Century Ride, the Armstrong / Enderby Ride proceeds along scenic, country roads on the East side of Hwy 97 from Armstrong to Enderby and Grindrod where there’s a stop at Farmer John’s for an ice cream break. The ride then continues with a climb up Grandview Bench Hill, returning to Armstrong via Deep Creek Road. The route is approximately 77 km in length with about 840 m of climbing.
The Armstrong / Enderby Group Ride will be held on Sunday, September 27th and will start at 9 AM sharp from Memorial Park in Armstrong.
Layering is probably a good idea as it may be chilly at the start.
