Sunday Group Ride:  This ride will start from the Bean Scene on Dickson Ave. at 10:00 AM.  This is a moderate to fast paced ride of approximately 40 to 50 km in the spring, and 50 to 70 km during the summer.  A route will be chosen at the start of the ride.

So…..Dust off your bike.  It’s GO time !!

  1. Hi Sandra. Signing a waiver is not required for our scheduled weekly group rides. It’s just a matter of showing up. We are an informal group of cycling enthusiasts that gather at specified times and locations for a ride. There is no formal ride leader and routes are normally chosen just prior to the start of the ride (except for the Wed group ride which has a specific route). Hope to see you at one of our rides.

  2. Just wondering about joining the group rides. Do I need to sign a waiver or anything or do I just show up? Thanks
