Are you rolling yet?
I consider my GPS watch and my foam roller the two most important tools for my training. If you have never used a foam roller but are noticing more and more aches, tight muscles and sore spots after cycling (or other spots), consider getting into the “rolling”. It takes little time and makes a big difference!
